Regularly it’s often taken orally, insufflating is possible but not recommended.

The dosage ranges from 100 up to 200 mg, beginners had better not exceed 120 mg. In order to avoid nausea and vomiting, it should be taken on an empty stomach. The dosage can be measured similar to MDMA, this means 1 mg/kg is a lower dosage and 1,5 mg/kg is a medium dosage.
